Presented by Eastern Propane & Oil, the 11th annual Gift of Lights opens Thanksgiving Day and spreads holiday cheer for 39 days with more than 2.5 million twinkly lights. This drive-thru light show, located at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, features a Tunnel of Lights (the speedway’s infield entrance and exit tunnels are lit up, creating a one-of-a-kind experience that you have to see to believe) and 520 displays across 80 different scenes.
After the drive-thru, guests can make their way to Santa’s Village on the inside track of the speedway where they can meet Olaf and the Three Little Pigs, take a ride on the Reindeer Express miniature train and enjoy other festive activities. Guests can also get their picture taken with Santa, buy an ornament and snack on food from local vendors. A portion of all per carload admission proceeds will benefit Speedway Children’s Charities, the charitable arm of NASCAR.
The display runs every evening from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day, with special theme nights like PJ Night and Ugly Sweater Night making the event even more fun. You can also bring a nonperishable donation to support the Loudon Food Pantry to receive an entry discount at the door.
Several options are available for guests to experience Gift of Lights including a Zoo Member VIP Pass, a VIP Dinner, a Private VIP Tour and a Photo Package with Santa. All experiences are limited and subject to availability. Guests can purchase tickets online in advance or at the Gift of Lights ticket booth.
